Call Center Jobs
Call center representatives are responsible for providing customer support and building customer relations through inbound and outbound calls. Customer queries and complaints form a major part of a call center representative’s job. Call center representatives log each call and take notes while talking to customers, take customers through a security process to access their personal information, proactively phone customers to promote or sell a product or a service, and provide information or guidance. Call center representatives provide a good level of customer service and are discreet when dealing with sensitive or confidential information.
Call center representatives are graduates or undergraduates who are above 18 years and usually below 45 years in age. Call center representatives should have experience in a customer service environment. Call center representatives should have strong analytical skills. A call center representative has to be honest, reliable, and committed.
