Maintains effective working relationships and program management along with third parties for co-located services. Provides supervision and training to clinical staff. Provides individual, group and family therapy in Fraser Mental Health.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eDirect daily activities in the assigned program(s), which may include day treatment services, individual therapy, group therapy, group routines and activities, crisis interventions, targeted case management services, home visits and parent contact as assigned.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eOversee the organization of in assigned program areas including collaboration with staff, indirect consultation to relevant non-Fraser staff, maintaining client referral information, and overseeing therapeutic milieu of clinical services.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide task supervision, leadership, and support to staff as assigned.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAttends and leads clinical staff meetings.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMay manage intake for assigned program area(s).\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eWork with program staff to ensure weekly and annual productivity is met in order to meet or exceed annual budget.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMonitor and oversee monthly and annual budget associated with program area in collaboration with the Director of Mental Health.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eServe on internal and external committees that may benefit children with mental health needs and their families as requested. Ongoing involvement in community outreach activities.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eParticipate in the development of new programs or services related to the mission of Fraser and the Mental Health program.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist in the coordination and organization of physical space, materials and operating systems required at assigned location(s).\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eParticipate in the development and coordination of consistent implementation of program services across locations.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSupport and/or coordinate new program developments or services related to the mission of Fraser and the Mental Health program.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eImmediately communicate all concerns regarding rule and policy compliance to the Director of Fraser Mental Health.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eClinical Duties\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide diagnostic assessments, individual and family therapy, and/or skills training to FMH clientele.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide input on peer reviews.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain medical records in a timely and accurate manner including session notes, billing sheets, incident reports, diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eComplete daily tasks required to maintain the safety and effectiveness of programming.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCommunicate in a respectful and professional manner with others involved with cases, including parents, educational staff, county social workers, probation officers, foster parents, etc.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eInterface with off-site building staff to ensure collaborative presence. Promote collaboration and teamwork within the program and Fraser.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAttend clinical staff meetings and provide input on peer reviews.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eComplete continuing education trainings as required by professional Board.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSchedule and provide clinical services and documentation in such a way as to meet or exceed budgeted productivity targets.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eElizabeth Hall Elementary School\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eTypical Business hours with two evenings until 6/6:30 per week required\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaster\u0026rsquo;s Degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work required.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCurrent licensure from the State of Minnesota (LPCC, LP, LICSW, LMFT). Must be Board recognized to provide clinical supervision.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eValid Minnesota driver\u0026rsquo;s license with acceptable record and access to reliable vehicle required.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eTwo years of experience working with children with severe emotional and behavioral disorders preferred. Experience providing clinical services to pre-school aged children in day treatment setting preferred.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eComputer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills required.\u003c/li\u003e
