Acts as a role model in maintaining a hopeful and positive attitude in problem solving and coping with the disabilities associated with mental illnessu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eAttends and participates in community meetings and groupsu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eActively participates in multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning meetingsu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDocuments activities of daily living, response to interventions, and significant behavior changes as appropriate. Informs the Clinical Director of members served behavior and condition, particularly changes in mental and/or physical conditionu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eAdmits and discharges members s assigned; this includes completing associated documentationu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eContributes to the treatment of the whole person inclusive of physical care. Obtains vital signs and weights, as assignedu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eEnsures members served safety via monitoring including but not limited to rounds as well as safe and appropriate seclusion and restraint supervisionu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDemonstrates commitment to teamwork via questions and cooperationu003c/liu003enu003cliu003ePractices body substance precautions at all timesu003c/liu003enu003cliu003eProvides supervision and support during meals.
