The Social Worker I
The Social Worker I has 0-2 years of experience in treating addiction, mental health and/or co-occurring disorders, or practices under a conditional clinical license.
They function as skilled advocates, brokers, educators and treatment specialists and have demonstrated competencies within outpatient, or inpatient treatment programs. With supervisory assistance they can organize clinical formulations, assess the efficacy of care plans and adapt active treatment to fit the needs of the client. They demonstrate clinical competency within the context of one level and specialize in treating either adult or youth populations. EOE
