The Clinical Director is responsible for clinical and program development and oversight for our Sojourner Recovery Services agency.  This position develops, plans and implements strategies for program continuation and growth.  
 Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
Provides administrative and clinical supervision for clinical staff. 
Monitor and maintain the clinical delivery of services in accordance with the contract, licensing, certification, accreditation, and agency standards. 
Complies with all federal and state regulations governing diagnosis and treatment of mental, emotional, and substance use disorders. 
Manages and participates in all team meetings, supervision, trainings, and any other activity as required. 
Provides services that are culturally sensitive, medically necessary, and patient centered.  
Provides supervision to direct reports and supports management staff assigned with management of staff members.  
Monitors quality trends and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and participates in the design and implementation of program improvement to ensure the provision of quality services. 
  Minimum Qualifications: 
Masters Degree in mental health counseling or social work 
Active Ohio LPCC-S or LISW-S required
